Western, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, produces high quality metallurgical and thermal coal from mines in northeast BC (Canada) and W.Virginia (USA). The Company has the capacity to produce 7 million tonnes per year with a 20+ year coal reserve base. Western also owns 55% of Energybuild (AIM:EBG) which produces anthracite and thermal coal from mines in Wales (UK).
