John R. Brodie
Mr. Brodie brings to the Company over 36 years of financial management experience. He served as a senior partner at KPMG until 2003 where he had a number of leadership positions within the firm. His accomplishments include being elected a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia for his distinguished service to the community and the profession. He is also a director of several public companies within the mining and manufacturing sector. He joined the Company's board in 2006.

Mr. Byrne is Executive Chairman of Cambrian Mining plc, and holds directorships with a number of other public and private companies. Mr. Byrne has had extensive involvement in the resources industry in Australia, Canada, and South Africa, including being a founder of Cambrian Mining. His experience in the resources industry encompasses more than 30 years as a mining analyst, investor and resource business investor. He joined the Company as Executive Chairman in 2001.

Mr. Chase brings to the Company over 30 years of senior financial management experience. He was Chief Financial Officer for a number of companies whose activities included: investment/merchant/commercial banking, oil and gas exploration and development, mining exploration and development, forest products, and port terminal operations. He is currently Director, President and CEO of New West Energy Services Inc. and a director of several other public and private companies involved in oil and gas activities, mining exploration, financial services and forestry business. He joined the Company's board in 2006.

John J. Conlon
Mr. Conlon has been involved in the mining industry since 1972, first as owner of Webcon Equipment Inc., a company that supplies mining and tunnel equipment worldwide; partner in Graham Mining, a mining contracting company involved in mine development in northern Canada; and Driftech Inc., a company engaged in the business of repairs and manufacturing mining equipment. He joined the board of the Company in 2001 and is also a director of Cambrian Mining plc, Coal International plc and Xtract Energy plc.

Mr. Hogg has a proven record of accomplishment in mining, process plant operations, project management and terminal operations. Mr. Hogg’s experiences include being Vice President and General Manager of Westshore Terminals Ltd., various senior positions at Curragh Resources and Denison Mines Coal Division, where he was involved in the construction and operation of the Quintette Coal Mine in northeast BC. He joined the Company as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2004 and was appointed President and CEO in July 2007.

Charles Pitcher, P.Eng.
Mr. Pitcher brings to the Company over 40 years of experience in senior executive positions in civil construction and mine development. He has extensive experience in underground and open-pit mining. He joined the Company in 2002 as Chief Executive Officer to oversee the completion of feasibility studies and then served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2004 to November 2004. Mr. Pitcher is President of The Mining House Inc, a provider of engineering services related to project development and management.

Mr. Treger is the joint Managing Director of Audley Capital Advisors LLP. He has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, which includes working at Hambros Bank and the J Rothschild Group. He founded Active Value Advisors and co-founded Audley Capital. Mr Treger is currently a director of Blackstar Investments plc, BNB Recruitment Solutions plc, and several other companies. He joined the Company’s board in 2007.
