Supervisor, coordinator and schedule the activities of drill and blast personnel to optimize utilization of resources and achieve overall mine operations production objectives.
Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively as a team member with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution/mediation and facilitation. Miniumum 5 years relevant experience in an open pit mining environment. Valid BC Blasting Ticket. Valid BC Shift Boss certificate.
